Born 1980, raised in Bloomington, Indiana, BFA in Fine Art from Herron School of Art, and I currently reside in Indianapolis working as a Professional Illustrator. My artistic influence comes from two main sources- 14 months abroad in China studying traditional Chinese painting in Hunan, and my immense collection of children's books, comics, and graphic novels. In 2005, My friend Ben Roe and I created the webcomic Rogue Robot for self promotion. After 3 years and over 250 comic strips, Rogue Robot’s popularity has been a driving force behind my national recognition and diehard local support, and the catalyst for the development of my unique style. Freelance clients include AuthorHouse TM, Corey Dalton, The Indianapolis Star, Indy.com, Wheeler Arts Community, Voluta Fine Art Tattoo Studio, Mediasauce Inc. Exibitor in national and international gallery events, 2-time winner of Primary Colours' local painting competition Art vs. Art, Professional Tattoo Artist, Wheeler Arts Community resident, and a friendly face.
